Sweet and Sour Chicken

I made this last night. I got this recipe from my good friend Jamie. Sauce: 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. catsup 2 T. soy sauce 1 c. crushed pineapple(I used half a can tidbit pineapple and juice) 1/4 c. vinegar Combine all sauce ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved. Cut up pieces of chicken and coat them in flour(I season the flour with pepper and garlic salt) Brown the chicken in olive oil. Place chicken and sauce in oven @ 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
