Crepes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
stir until smooth then add:
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup sugar

Pour 1/4 cup batter into nonstick pan. Tilt pan so it spreads around thin. Loosen edges as it cooks. Flip and cook till done.

Add filling: Pie filling, fresh fruit, whipped cream, pudding, meat, cheese etc.
